SF Recruitment are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our client, based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.

Up to £34,000 per annum
Permanent Contract
Hybrid Working

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor documents for boards.
Coordinate team projects.
EA duties, including travel arrangements, diary management etc.
Provide financial analysis and handle ad hoc reporting.
Draft reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Communicate with stakeholders and handle inquiries.
Assist with administrative tasks and secretarial duties.

Responsibilities:
Manage budgets under supervision.
Actively collaborate and communicate with colleagues.
Seek guidance for complex situations.

Clients and Business Development:
Maintain professionalism and responsiveness with clients.
Operate within established processes.
Contribute to process development and implementation.
Safeguard organizational interests.

Experience & Skills:
Strong attention to detail and numeracy.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Proactive problem-solving and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in process improvement and budget management.
