Our esteemed client operates within the competitive landscape of food distribution, focusing on delivering high-quality products while maintaining operational efficiency. We are assisting them in the search for a meticulous and proactive Data Coordinator to join their esteemed team.

In this pivotal role, the chosen candidate will be instrumental in upholding the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of our client's data systems. Collaborating closely with multifunctional teams, the Data Coordinator will support operational effectiveness and enhance decision-making processes through meticulous maintenance and analysis of crucial data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various teams to discern data requirements across procurement, inventory management, logistics, and sales functions.
Facilitate the input, maintenance, and validation of product information, pricing data, and inventory levels within our database systems.
Assist in implementing robust data quality control measures to ensure consistency and reliability.
Generate insightful reports to illuminate business performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Contribute to the development and implementation of data management processes and best practices.
Provide comprehensive training and support to team members on data entry procedures and system functionalities.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to address data-related issues and implement effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a data coordination or similar role within the food distribution or supply chain management sectors.
Diligence and accuracy in data entry and analysis, with acute attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless collaboration across departments.
Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software applications preferred.
