Customer Service Specialist
My client are a growing luxury retail brand based in Worsley. Due to the current incumbent being promoted internally they are recruiting this position on a permanent basis into their vibrant and expanding customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has worked in a technical customer service focused role who is looking to work with a reputable brand with fantastic opportunities for development and progression.
As a Customer Service Specialist you will be response for the end to end management of customer and retailer product queries for two brands of the business. This means you will have complete ownership and autonomy for these two brands and will be able to shape the role and processes to improve the efficiency of said processes. You will take on queries and issues with the product from retailers and direct from consumers, examining the product to determine what services need to be provided to fix the product and estimating the cost of this, then liaising with HQ to arrange repairs and maintenance where required. You will follow the process through to closure of the query after providing solutions on the issue, giving the customer accurate timescales on when they will have their product returned to them.
This role will suit a candidate who has experience in a technical customer service role where the quality of the service provided has been extremely high, previous experience in a retail environment would be highly advantageous but not essential, the main experience the client is looking for is most definitely the technical aspect and not just telephony based customer service.
The salary is paying up to £28,000 dependant on experience with an attractive benefits package that includes private healthcare, a generous pension contribution, life insurance and critical illness cover and excellent brand discounts with highly reputable brands. The role is based onsite and is 9am - 5pm.
