SF Recruitment are working exclusively with a fantastic business in Hucknall who are requiring and experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Our client believes in the power of exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with our customers. They are dedicated to delivering top-notch products/services, and we are seeking a passionate, warm and empathetic Customer Service Manager who can lead and support their customer support team.

Position Overview: As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable experience with our brand. We are looking for a warm and supportive leader who can inspire and support our team to deliver outstanding service while fostering a culture of empathy, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to company standards.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues with a focus on finding win-win solutions.
- Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product/service enhancements.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, growth, and employee satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain customer service performance metrics and reports for regular review.
