Customer Service and Sales Administrator

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Customer Service and Sales Administrator to sit within a busy Sales team. You will be working for a fantastic client of ours based in Chesterfield!
This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, confident on the phones and cross selling other business services. You do not need to have worked in sales or a sales environment, however you must have excellent administrative and IT skills, comfortable using Microsoft programmes, and fantastic customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Answering and dealing with incoming calls and email queries/orders.
- Providing quotes
- Interaction with suppliers
- Processing orders
- Gaining product knowledge
- Upselling business services to customers when required
- Responding to leads and communications that come through via email or the website
-Excellent IT skills
-Confident communicator - written and verbal
-Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
This role is Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm, you may also be required to do one Saturday a month, with an alternative day off (if needed).
£23,000 - £25,000 per year, depending on experience.
