The commercial division of SF RECRUITMENT are recruiting for Customer Service Administrators for a medium sized family run business based in LE4, with it being a family run business, it has an intimate feel where you're not just a number or a bum on seat. You will be given autonomy and be trusted get your job done without being micromanaged.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working as part of a team and be driven to give our customers the best service possible.
The main job role will include:
- Taking inbound / outbound calls
- Ringing and booking in jobs
- Scheduling work
- Sourcing products
- Updating polices
- Keeping data base updated
This can be a very busy environment therefore you need to possess the following skill set:
- Attentive listener
- Ability to Problem solve
- Computer skills
This position is to start ASAP - Subject to a satisfactory credit and DBS check.
