Customer Service Administrator
On site 5 days a week
B3/No parking

We are looking for a candidate to join our Customer Care team inside our Operations team.
Our Customer Care team's role is to support our forever growing Sales team with any administration needs.
The administration process includes raising documentation for our various funders, KYC requirements, sending ID verifications and creating payout packs for sign before processing the deals to payout.

We require someone as follows :

-Someone who can work both independently and as part of a team
-Able to work from our team inbox and delegate their own work load
-Someone who can work well under pressure at busier times at month end when getting deals paid out are in demand
-Confident person who feels comfortable speaking to our sales team not only on email and teams but also face to face and also confident speaking to our funders and customers on email and telephone
-to detail when raising our own documents as there is no room for errors to be made
-IT competent as we record our daily deals on excel through a work flow
-Someone trusted to work as required when unsupervised (as there may be days management aren't in the office)
