Customer Operations Manager with extensive experience managing support staff in high growth tech businesses is sought by a leading MedTech scale up company based in Birmingham (remote working available).

Utilising the latest in big data and AI technology this company are using pioneering research to position their commercial ventures as a market leading integrated automated solution.
With extensive UK growth planned over the coming months this Customer Operations Manager will lead a newly formed support team of 18 demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of coaching & leadership mental models to help the team excel.

This role would suit an experienced people manager who really understands and has a passion for the psychology behind stellar team performance and wants to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment that challenges individuals to progress quickly.

This Customer Operations Manager should have most of the following key skills:

- Experience leading support teams ideally in high growth tech businesses
- Demonstrable coaching & leadership mental models
- The flexibility to adapt leadership style depending on individual needs
- Data driven approach to management reporting with the ability to quantify business decisions to senior management
- A real passion for self-improvement and progression
- A tailored, people centric approach to management
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to access wider business performance
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Experience managing teams remotely

In return this Customer Operations Manager:

- Starting salary of between £85,000 - £95,000
- Long term remote working available (one day a month in the Birmingham hub)
