SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Warwick who is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract
Must have a Fin-tech background
Hybrid or remote with some travel to the office

This role is all about working with our customers to deliver a jointly agreed adoption and benefits realisation plans. You'll support our existing customers and work with the Account Directors to assist in the on-boarding of new customers.
You'll be all about excellence in Customer Service; someone who has experience working within a financial services technology company, either in a support service or implementation role. Strong
relationship building skills and the flexibility to work with a variety of teams, customers, engineers, product leads, senior & exec stakeholders. You'll be solutions driven with a proactive approach to
solving problems and over-coming issues

The types of things you'll do day to day are:
- Support our customers to enable the delivery of case volume targets
- Create & implement plans to drive increased activity and volume
- Identify barriers to volume, and make recommendations to overcome
- Support our Account Directors in large implementation projects
- Be the main point of contact for a small but high value portfolio of live Customers
- Challenge existing ways of working to drive continuous improvement to increase efficiencies
