Customer Care Co-ordinator
The Commercial Team at SF Commercial are working on behalf of a company based in LE4 - We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Co-ordinator to join their friendly team.
You will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Update information accurately on in-house systems
- Process Claims
- Schedule Engineers
- Reporting to management and helping rest of the office with anything required
- Dealing with any queries
This is a temporary contract and a temp - perm opportunity for the right person, offering an immeidate start.
You will be working 40 hours per week on a rota basis working Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 weekends.
To be successful in securing this role you will need to have a good telephone manner and be good with general Microsoft outlook, word etc.
