Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year, Altrincham based
As Sales Ledger/Credit Control your duties will include: -
Responsible for the credit control and timely payments from clients while continuing to build effective customer relationships.
Establish a structured and timely collection process, raising queries when required.
Monitor the risk with new customers and on-going business relationships.
Manage the sales ledger processing and accurate allocation of invoices.
Work closely with the commercial team in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, developing accountability both internally and externally.
Proactive in the efficiency of all the cash collection and billing processes across the business, developing processes where required.
Responsible for the posting of sales ledger invoices to specific cost centres
Compile debtor report and analysis on a weekly basis for the SMT.
The successful candidate will be experienced with the management of a timely and efficient credit control ledger and processing, as well as ideally understanding the full sales ledger/billing management process too. The role will require you to work well as a team both in finance and with commercial and sales teams, with you proactively monitoring the companies' risk and credit scoring for their customers.
