The role: Key Account Manager
Location: Market Harborough
Salary: Up to £35k
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 17.15pm

SF Recruitment is collaborating with an esteemed business, actively seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join the thriving team of an established Marketing Services company in Leicestershire.

The Role:
To grow and develop client business and coordinate staff performance, to ensure account profitability and client satisfaction on all projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
• Prepare for, coordinate and attend client meetings and conference calls
• Ensure that all meetings are documented and contact reports raised, distributed and followed up to the completion of all action points in a timely manner
• Ensure that client KPIs and SLAs are set, agreed, communicated and monitored
• Deliver MRM credentials to clients, partners and suppliers as appropriate
• Manage the financial performance of client accounts by timely and accurate forecasting, estimating and invoicing
• Support accounts department in management of floats and debt recovery
• Maintain awareness and understanding of clients’ business objectives and tactical planning to maximise MRM opportunities
• Maintain an awareness of market forces influencing both the client’s and MRM’s business
• Provide clients with proactive operational solutions which support commercial objectives
• Seek, validate, interpret and communicate information in order to make appropriate recommendations
• Handle escalated issues as per SLA to ensure a swift and satisfactory conclusion
• Briefing client requirements to internal departments using the internal briefing system on The Hub
• Develop knowledge of Newton/Alchemy’s features and benefits to provide added value to clients/prospects and ensure efficient working practices
• Maintain understanding of promotional marketing / CAP Code legislation and be able to provide guidance for clients
