Chief Financial Officer

SF Executive have been retained by a fast growing, PE backed software / tech enabled services business to recruit their first Chief Financial Officer.

The business has turnover of c£10m and EBITDA of c£3m.................

Based in the West Midlands, you will very much be the right hand to the CEO and Founder of the business - this means supporting the Board with new strategic initiatives around customer growth and pricing models but also taking a hands on approach to financial and management reporting.

As well as managing internal stakeholders you'll also, in the fullness of time, face off to the PE investors. Ideally you will have experienced life at CFO / FD level in an SME, PE backed or services / tech related business.

The successful candidate can be assured of working with a highly capable but fun loving management team and wider business - we need humility and capability in equal measures.

You can expect a decent package and earnable sweet equity pot that would be worth mid six figs to low seven figs on exit.
