CFO

I am partnering with a PE backed Recycling business based in the South Yorkshire area to recruit a CFO with a lucrative equity stake on offer! 

This metal recycling business is well established and profitable, with links across the North of England for their supply, and a European Distribution network.

As Chief Financial Officer you will support the MD around the shaping and delivery of strategy particularly with their growth plans but also look after all financial reporting, management of the finance team and working capital management.

Given the size and scale of this role, you will be an established Finance Director or CFO within the Metal Recycling space, or a Manufacturing business or similar with regular exposure to commodities pricing. You will have experience of working in the Private Equity space, and ideally will have led a transaction, or sale as Number 1 in Finance.

You will live within reasonable commuting distance of South YOrkshire as we are really looking for someone to be sat in and amongst the business, at least 3 days a week and likely more than that early on in the role . There is some flexibility with hours to accommodate different schedules,
