The Role: Business Development Manager
Salary: 40-60k pa depending on experience

THE OPPORTUNITY

To proactively manage and convert new business opportunities to grow market share in line with company targets.

Manage and grow the sales revenue and margin of a small portfolio of existing customers.

Work closely with the Internal Account Manager to develop and maximise new growth opportunities from both existing and potential customers.

THE ROLE

- To convert new business opportunities and grow sales revenue in line with company sales target
- To win new business at agreed gross profit levels in line with company sales targets.
- To manage customer forecasts and stock to ensure zero aged and redundant stock.
- Work with Head of business development to present to new potential customers.
- Work with Head of business development to smoothly onboard new customers
- To prepare quotations and proposals for new potential customers.

Salary: 40-60k pa depending on experience, plus:
