Azure Change Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient IT professional to help us analyse and optimise our software development environments. Permanent role, 1 day a week in Birmingham required paying up to £60,000.
As Environment/change Manager, you will support the strategic regulatory and operational needs of the business. You will optimise the organisation's environments, ensuring consistency, maximising business benefit / efficiency, and reduce costs. You will implement these optimisations via an offshore DevOps team.
The various software development environments we operate are a strategic investment for the Group. They allow our regulatory and operational solutions to be developed, tested, supported and run. They help us all ensure that software / data / configurations deployed into the production environment work first time as intended to provide a great experience to our customers and internal teams alike.
You will have good analytical skills and experience of managing environments that contain Microsoft technologies like Azure / 365 / Dynamics 365. You will be enthusiastic to work across multiple teams and projects to rapidly, yet accurately and efficiently, maintain those environments. You'll be an excellent team worker with strong people and stakeholder management skills.

Hybrid working consisting of home working and an office presence of one or two days a week in our office in The Cube in Birmingham.
What we are looking for
Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication (verbal and written) skills
Proven ability and track record managing Microsoft centric software environments
Excellent ability to record data and plan in Excel / PowerPoint
Enthusiasm to work across multiple teams and projects
Excellent team working. Strong people and stakeholder management skills
An eye and a passion for detail/accuracy
Azure DevOps (CI/CD, Pipelines, Branching, Merging, Terraform, ARM, etc.).
