SF Recruitment are working in partnership with a prestigious and well-known company based with Hinckley. Due to internal progression, they have an exciting opportunity for someone to join their Sales and Operations team on a 16-month FTC.
You will join as the Operations Administrator within a busy, fast paced Operations and Sales team.
The Operations Administrator your duties will include the following tasks:
- Own and run the weekly reporting suite that is circulated globally.
- Run and distribute daily reports on sales, shipment plans and stock performance.
- Manage the Sales Operations inbox, which can involve supporting and resolving queries from all global markets - this can include help with raising orders, shipping bikes and reporting queries.
- Run and circulate monthly reports on Triumph and Competitor market share - based on global registration data from multiple external sources.
- Daily support of customers with requests for Certificates of Conformity, requiring a professional customer service approach.
- Annual transitioning of our reporting suite over to the next business year - perhaps the most technical part of the job, but with plenty of support.
- Completion of ad-hoc activities such as global meeting support, one-off reporting tasks or creation of PowerPoint presentation content.
- To undertake and assist with projects as required by your Manager.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by your Manager.
You will need to be able to demonstrate following:
- Good working experience of Microsoft Office applications
- Excel Knowledge must be at an intermate leave - you will be using v-look ups and pivot tables.
- Good time management skills
- Clear communications skills and happy to interact and deal with customers, mainly by phone or email.
- The ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion.
As the Operations Administrator your working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm with 1-hour unpaid break. Friday hours are 8.30 until 12.30.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a business who genuinely care about their staff. Due to the speed of movement internal they are looking at a start date of no later than the beginning of April.
