The commercial division at SF Recruitment are recruiting for an innovative team at our client based Nostell in West Yorkshire!

We're seeking a Factory Administrator to support our dynamic production team at our new state-of-the-art factory. As a crucial member of the team, you'll work closely with the Factory Manager and functional teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier liaison.
- Manage product orders, documentation, and invoicing.
- Coordinate office supplies and stock control.
- Provide confidential support to the Factory Manager and Functional Managers.
- Maintain accurate production reports and training matrices.
- Uphold health and safety protocols and conduct audits.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to implement training matrices.
- Streamline administrative processes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior administration experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
