SF Recruitment are working with a growing company based in Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottingham. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrator to join our clients dedicated team and contribute to their continued success.

Job Overview:
As an Experienced Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of their organisation. This is a full-time position based in Huthwaite, Nottingham, offering a competitive salary between £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

- Efficiently manage office operations, including filing systems, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and reports.
- Assist in the organisation and execution of various administrative tasks to support team members.
- Data Entry
- Order office supplies
- Meet and greet visitors

- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
