The role: Administration Assistant
Location: Kettering
Contract: Permanent Full Time Office Based
Salary: 24k

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join their small admin team of 7, reporting to the Administration Manager

The role:

You will be responsible general administrative duties such as:-

  • Answering customer queries via telephone or email
  • Processing of customer account applications
  • Customer account maintenance
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • General adhoc admin support
  • Credit Control/Bank reconciliations


The candidate:

  • A high standard of numeracy and accuracy
  • PC literacy and proficiency with the use of MS Excel and Word, SAP experience would be preferred but not essential
  • Effective communication both internally and externally
  • Participate as a 'Team' player not solely as an individual
  • Capable of organising and prioritising workloads to meet company deadlines
  • Flexible approach to working and learning
  • Reliable, dependable and conscientious

Hours: Office Based in Kettering - Monday to Friday 8.30-5 with 30 mins lunch. There is an element of flexibility
