SF Recruitment are supporting a Global leading building services business in recruiting for a an Administrator to join the Customer Services team on a permanent basis in Halesowen.

Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:00) 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: £23,000 p.a. - £25,000 p.a. + £1000 bonus + year end pay review + Health Care Cash Plan + death in service (x3 annual salary) + Gym Membership + EAP system + Pension + Holiday.

The Role:

- As the Administrator you will support the efficient and provision of excellent customer services.
- Ensure customer requests, orders and queries are dealt with.
- Purchase orders, order processing.
- Administrative tasks.

The Candidate:

As the successful candidate for the Administrator position, you will have the following:

- Proven experience within a Customer Service or Administration role.
- Excellent Communication & I.T Skills.
- Industry experience within Manufacturing, Building, Construction or DIY industries would be desirable but is not essential.
