SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent Accounts Assistant to join a vibrant and exciting business based in Kirkby-in-Ashfield.
Reporting to the Managing Director the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:
- To reconcile and check log information to customer system.
- To reconcile draft invoices generated by customers to our logs.
- To liaise with On Site Managers in reconciling and updating logs.
- Help resolve log queries by investigation and communication with On Site Managers.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A strong background in excel spreadsheets is required.
- Good communication skills in dealing with people both written and verbal is necessary.
- Attention to detail is key and an analytical approach is needed.
- This role works directly with senior management and is very key to the business.
- This is a fast paced team role.
