Accounts Assistant required for a new and exciting permanent opportunity, working for a well established business based in Bilston, with a view to start immediately. As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for the supporting the business in the day to day running of the accounts department. Your duties will include:

Daily duties:
- Matching, checking and coding purchase invoices
- Posting purchase invoices to Sage
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Raising sales invoices, posting payments
- Sending statements to customers
- Filing purchase invoices
- Bank reconciliations

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant, looking for a role where you can be involved in all day to day finance duties. You must have strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and be able to manage your own workload. Experience working on Sage 50 Accounts and Xero accounting would be a distinct advantage. My client is offering full time hours, office based with flexibility in hours chosen. Apply now!
