Accounts Assistant required for a temporary to permanent opportunity based in Balsall Heath, Birmingham. You must be immediately available to be considered for this opportunity.

Reporting into the finance manager, key responsibilities for this role will be:

  • Raising sales invoices
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders
  • Reconcile all bank accounts with accounting package
  • Maintain records of POD's and invoices on shared drive
  • Collate payroll information
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Issue customer statements
  • Maintain shared accounts mailboxes
  • Ensure documents are filed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Ad-hoc finance duties and reporting

Key Informaiton:

  • Full Time
  • Office based
  • Monday to Friday
  • Temporary to Permanent
