Job Title: Account Manager (No Sales or KPIs)
Location: Chesterfield
Job Type: Full time, permanent (Monday - Friday 8am-4pm)
Salary: £24,000 - £26,500

They are a highly reputable company dedicated to providing exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with their clients. They are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Account Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Our client prioritises fostering strong customer relationships and delivering personalised solutions tailored to their needs.

Position Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering ongoing relationships. This role is not focused on sales targets or KPIs; rather, it's about understanding their clients' needs, providing exceptional service, and serving as their primary point of contact within their organisation. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and objectives.
  • Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their needs, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement account management strategies to retain existing clients and maximize their lifetime value to the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities using our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in account management or senior customer service roles
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
