They are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Account Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Our client prioritises fostering strong customer relationships and delivering personalised solutions tailored to their needs.

Position Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering ongoing relationships. This role is not focused on sales targets or KPIs; rather, it's about understanding our clients' needs, providing exceptional service, and serving as their primary point of contact within our organisation. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and objectives.
- Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their needs, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement account management strategies to retain existing clients and maximize their lifetime value to the company.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities using our CRM system.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in account management or senior customer service roles
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
