Temporary Administrator

We are recruiting for a Temporary Sales Administrator to work for our client based in Derby City Centre.
This role will be operating in a fast-paced environment dealing with inbound customer queries and processing sales orders.
Pay Rate - £12 per hour.
3 month initial duration.
Monday to Friday+ 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all quotes and orders are processed in line with the sales guidelines
- Upholding great response times/Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth order flow
- Sales orders entering and managing orders
- Quotations creating and sending quotes to customers when required
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Filing
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven work experience as a Sales support or Sales administrator
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Project and time management skills
