Systems Specialist

SF Recruitment is currently working with a fantastic public sector body in the recruitment of a systems specialist. The systems specialist needs to be confident in making and testing changes in system and being the "go to" for all systems queries. Oracle Fusion experience is essential. This is a 24 month FTC.

Key tasks:

- New code creation (analysis codes, account codes, cost centres)
- Updating cost centre managers
- 1st level fix of issues logged
- Testing issue fixes and feeding back to business/team as required
- Management of upgrades - liaison with inopps, comms to finance team
- Management of P2T - liaison with inopps, comms to finance team
- Maintaining list of user access and what roles they have.
- Maintaining user data access
- Maintaining list of procurement agents / finance accounts to make sure we're falling in line with what we're subscribed to with Oracle
- Maintaining a list of scheduled processes and setting up new ones particularly when they expire
- Maintaining Oracle user guides
- System super user for Oracle Fusion Applications (OFA) Cloud ERP
- Maintain FX Rates
- Set up Account codes and Cost Centres
- Set up and maintain new stores, including asset creation and account combinations for UK and Europe
- Manage user access and role matrix, ensuring proper authorizations and segregation of duties
- Triage manage engine support tickets and process mapping
- Create Fixed Asset stores and locations on Fusion
- Collaborate with Group colleagues to support financial reporting and budgeting system requirements
- Clear GRNI accrual and PO cleansing
- Investigate GL integration variances
- Test Oracle releases during implementation
- Roll out DEV environment cloning
- Maintain financial calendar.
