Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Media Executive
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Purpose of role
Photography and Videography
- Headshots: Professional photography of team members.
- Marketing Videos: Producing promotional videos for marketing campaigns.
- Candid Photography: Capturing spontaneous moments and events.
- Photo Cut-outs and Uploads: Editing photos for the team page and uploading them to the CRM.
Graphic Design and Animation
- Creating Job Graphics: Designing and uploading job advertisements on Jobs Boards
- Creating Animations: Developing animated content for marketing purposes.
- Post-Production Editing: Editing videos to ensure high quality using Adobe Premier Pro and Aftereffects.
- Skilled with Photoshop: Utilising Photoshop for advanced image editing and graphics creation.
Digital Marketing
- LinkedIn Sponsored Campaigns: Managing pay-per-click campaigns on LinkedIn.
- Email Marketing: Setting up email campaigns using BeePro HTML and integrating with internal email system..
- YouTube Management: Uploading and optimising videos on YouTube.
Web and Analytics Management
- Google Business Profiles: Managing and updating Google Business profiles.
- Google Analytics: Tracking and analysing website data to improve transaction flow via the website.
- Website CMS Management: Overseeing the content management system (CMS) and collaborating with web developers for website updates and improvements.
Required Skills
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, Aftereffects, BeePro HTML, and website CMS.
Photography and Videography: Experience in taking professional headshots, candid photography, and video production.
Graphic Design: Strong design skills for creating job graphics and animations.
Digital Marketing: Knowledge of managing LinkedIn pay-per-click campaigns, Google Analytics, and Google Business profiles.
Content Management: Ability to manage website CMS and ensure seamless integration with the development team.
