Senior DevOps engineer with a solid background in software engineering plus key skills in designing and architecting Azure hosted microservices is sought by a hyper growth PaaS based in Birmingham.

Working at the forefront of B2C technology this Senior DevOps Engineer will play a lead role in re-platforming from a monolithic to microservices architecture implementing DevOps best practice to automate deployment through CI/CD pipelines.

This role would suit a Senior DevOps Engineer looking to move into a dynamic, fast paced environment with excellent autonomy to help shape the technical output of a market leader as they enter their next phase of business growth.

This Senior DevOps Engineer based near Birmingham should have most of the following key skills:

- Proven experience re-architecting a monolithic to microservices architecture
- Solid software engineering skills - Python, Node.js, React.js etc
- Solid containerisation skills - Docker, Kubernetes etc
- Strong CI/CD pipeline creation - Jenkins, Gitlab, Azure DevOps etc
- IaC exposure ideally using Terraform
- Strong general Azure skills
- Legacy exposure to PHP/ Laravel would be useful
- Experience building and deploying cloud based products
- A delivery focused, mission driven personality who is comfortable driving innovation

This Senior DevOps based near Birmingham will receive:
