Remote - Business Development Manager - £28,000 + Uncapped Bonus - Training and Development Opportunities!

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager on a full-time basis.

The role will be in the fully remote working from home, you will be expected to visit the Nottingham office once every quarter. (Four Months)

It is essential that the successful candidate has sales experience and can confidently conduct sales calls!

Your duties will include:

- Dealing with current customers, up-selling and maximizing sales opportunity
- Taking responsibility for all enquiries through to completion
- Promoting communications and new services
- Up-sell and cross-sell products.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the healthcare market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Account management is key to ensure that independent and groups of pharmacies in your territory are managed and maintained by building a strong repour.

Skills & Experience Required

- Experience of working within a Sales environment
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated a good time management skills
- A wealth of experience within a business development focused environment
- Strong telesales background
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Confident dealing with high volume enquiries and working to time constraints.
- Ability to prioritise workload of your own, while remaining mindful of any pressure within the wider team
- A productive and kind team player
- Able to build a strong repour with customers
- Confident with warm/cold calls

Working Hours; Monday - Friday 8.30 AM - 5.00 PM
Salary; £28,000 + Bonus (Uncapped)
