SF Recruitments are working with well-established construction company based in Leicester who are seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant to join their business as soon as possible. You will be assisting the Payroll Manager with a large Payroll and supporting the Accounts team with Purchase Ledger duties where required.

Up to £28,000

Leicester / Hybrid

Permanent

 

 

Duties:

  • Assist Payroll manager with all end-to-end payrolls
  • Deal with payroll queries
  • Run payroll reports
  • Update and maintain payroll records
  • Pension administration
  • Payroll reconciliation
  • Matching, checking and coding invoices
  • Set up new supplier accounts
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Resolve general queries

 

Ideal candidate:

  • 2 years’ experience end to end Payroll
  • Accounts experience, particularly Purchase Ledger
  • Calm under pressure, dealing with high volumes and high value
  • Strong communicator at all levels of the business
  • Excellent time management and organisation
