Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary: Join a family-owned hotel group as a Marketing Coordinator and contribute to the vibrant marketing efforts of their four distinguished hotels. Ideally looking for something to start immediately with the contract likely to last until the end of October.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for the hotel group.
- Assist in raising brand awareness and driving revenue through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Help plan campaigns for key hotel offerings such as accommodation, dining, spa, weddings, meetings, and events.
- Contribute to content creation for various channels including social media, email marketing, and the website.
- Participate in managing website updates to optimize the customer journey and booking experience.
- Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO and paid advertising.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget and tracking the ROI of campaigns.
- Help maintain the email marketing system, ensuring messages are effective and revenue-generating.
- Uphold brand consistency across all hotel print materials and ensure they are guest-friendly.
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Academic background in marketing or a related field..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills to understand market trends and data.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
