SF Recruitment are proud to be exclusively partnering with a large blue collar organisation who are privately equity backed, who are on the hunt for an experienced L&D Manager! This is currently a standalone role but with lots of planned exciting growth over the next 2 years, it has a promised succession plan in place with budget signed off to recruit a team of at least 2.

I am recruiting this role in a unique way as I don't have an official job spec, you will write your own! It is essential that you have operated at Manager or Head of L&D level in the past. Personality wise, they are looking to attract candidates who are full of energy and passionate about all areas of Learning & Development, and most importantly be able to work in a fast paced and forever changing environment.

You will be based in Burton on Trent, with flexible working in place but also be able to commit to nationwide travel on an ad-hoc basis.
