Junior Process Engineer

Junior Process Engineer vacancy. Our engineering client are recruiting a Junior Process Engineer to provide engineering support for production processes with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Working closely with the Managing Director, the Process Engineer will advise on production methods to reduce scrap and waste.

Please be aware this is not a chemical process role.

Junior Process Engineer main duties include:
- Support manufacturing with programming, tooling orders, and production issues.
- Support quality control with plans, corrective actions, and NCRs.
- Implement CAD CAM in CNC Turning.
- Assist with machine specs, maintenance, and layout.
- Provide practical, hands-on engineering support.
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes.

Junior Process Engineer Requirements:
- 2 years experience in a similar role within a metal cutting manufacturing, aerospace or automotive manufacturer.
- Manufacturing experience, ideally in Automotive, Motorsport or Aerospace.
- Proficient in reading manufacturing drawings.
- knowledge of CNC Turning and CAD CAM.
- Familiar with Kaizen, 5S, Lean practices, and ISO 9001.


Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, full-time days.
