Finance Manager

SF Recruitment are currently supporting a well established Charity in the recruitment of an ambitious Finance Manager. My client has a multi-national presence and is one the largest charities within their field. They are seeking a Finance Manager who can play a key leadership role in within the business and who would be looking to develop their career moving forward.

As Finance Manager you will take responsibility for the day to day management of the local Finance Team. You will lead all Financial and Management Accounting activities as well as the budget and forecasting process.

My client is seeking either a qualified accountant or qualified by experience who will take a continuous improvement approach to their work and who is happy to lead on any finance related transformation projects.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience within the charity sector or similar not for profit organisation. You will have a strong eye for detail and the ability to challenge the status quo. My client operate a hybrid working model
