SF Recruitment are working in partnership with a fantastic business based in central Derby. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced customer service professional to join them on a full time, permanent basis. You would be joining a small and friendly team who offer fantastic support and training.

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Central Derby
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an office-based role, providing excellent customer service to our valued clients over the phone and face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally via phone and in person.
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
