Location: Sheffield
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
Pay Rate: £12 per hour
Duration: Temporary, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate
SF Recruitment are seeking a motivated and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. This role offers full-time hours, with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
Maintain accurate records and update customer information in our database.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and a solution-focused approach.
