SF Recruitment is currently working alongside one of their key clients based in Derby (Pride Park) to support in the growth of an additional team of people to work within their Customer Service department. Our client is looking for new candidates to join on a permanent basis, offering very flexible working hours!

You can work any hours between 10am and 8pm, working a minimum of 4 hours per day or up to 8 hours per day for a normal working week - with this in mind, it is a great opportunity for people looking for work immediately, people who require part-time or the opportunity to work around children/school hours, students who have free time during the week or generally people who are looking for a new full-time role! The role is paying £24,000.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working within a call-centre office environment, where you will be responsible for reaching out to customers of the company, cross-checking their details, ensuring all data is correct, updating customers of the business services and also offering support as and when required through appointment booking. Full training is given for this role alongside continued support, so previous experience is NOT essential, as you will receive day to day training, various training manuals and documentation to work from, and senior mentor's that will be on hand to help day to day.

Communication is key in a role like this, so if you are somebody who is happy to handle calls and be on the phone speaking to customers, alongside general administration, then this is an ideal opportunity for you!
