My client is a wholesale business based in Blackpool. Due to the current incumbent leaving the company they are recruiting this role on a permanent, part-time basis. They are flexible on how the part-time hours are worked but are looking for the equivalent of three days' worth of hours across the week.
As a Bookkeeper you will be responsible for a variety of transactional duties within the finance function. This will include managing both the purchase and sales ledgers from start to finish, processing and raising invoices, dealing with supplier statement reconciliations and queries, processing payments and collecting cash from businesses and consumers, as well as reconciling bank accounts and taking the accounts up to trial balance.
This role will suit a candidate who has experience in a varied transactional role where they have taken accounts up to trial balance, who is looking for a flexible, part-time position. The salary on offer is paying up to £30,000 with flexibility around working days and hours, they also offer the opportunity to work in a stable organisation with a friendly, tight knit team.
