Administrator
SF Recruitment are looking for an administrator for a Temporary opportunity in SLEAFORD.
This job involves providing administrative support and managing data within a healthcare or service environment.
The key responsibilities include handling inquiries, organising meetings, managing data systems, processing documents, and ensuring compliance with policies and confidentiality standards.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications: A-Levels or NVQ Level 3.
Experience: Administrative work, customer service, and using computerized data systems.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
£11.44 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Handle routine inquiries and provide non-clinical advice.
Input, maintain, and monitor data systems.
Schedule assessments, organise meetings, and manage calendars.
Process invoices, maintain office supplies, and handle mail.
Ensure compliance with policies, especially regarding confidentiality and data protection.
Support new staff training and continuous professional development.
